This notice covers crowdvoice.ai, the public website. It does not cover the Crowd Voice platform at app.crowdvoice.ai or the studies run on it, which are governed by each client agreement.

This website is operated by CROWDWISE AI INC.

What we collect

When you book a demo, our scheduling tool collects the details you enter: your name, work email, organization, country and anything you choose to tell us. When you email us, we receive your message and address. We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify you.

Why we use it

We use your details to arrange and prepare the demo you asked for and to follow up about it. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we are in conversation with your organization, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and Saudi Arabia’s PDPL, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
